Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wutong Lingerie Co., Ltd.

Due to the hygienic nature of intimate apparel, we only accept returns for defective products.

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A photo of the defect must be provided within 7 days of delivery for verification.
  • Returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons if the product has been worn or opened.

Refund Process:

Once the defective product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective by our team.
